Painting
Linda Lyons
I love pushing color & texture in my work. I try to maintain the freshness of a sketch in my more detailed executions. What a treat to have two solid years at a more advanced age to study painting full-time with enthusiastic colleagues at WCSU in Western Connecticut. The bi-weekly trips to openings at galleries in NYC were planned and narrated by the late MFA Coordinator, Margaret Grimes. Today I work very hard to make time to paint, while I work part-time in the ID trade.
